I am a U.S. Navy veteran with 20 years of experience leading teams and complex initiatives in structured, high-accountability environments. While much of my background has been in healthcare, from bedside clinical care to senior management roles, the consistent theme throughout my career has been planning, coordination, and execution across cross-functional teams.
