Chandler Davis

I’m a former Air Force maintainer and operations leader with a strong work ethic and a hands-on background in maintenance, team leadership, and getting the job done right the first time. I’ve led crews in high-tempo environments, managed large workloads, and built training programs that improved team performance and accountability. I take pride in discipline, attention to detail, and working safely in demanding conditions. I’m now looking to transition into carpentry and construction, where I can apply those same values on the job site, continue learning the trade, and grow into a leadership role building quality work alongside a strong team.
